The precedent is set. I guess this could be considered a suggestion that they add prior content access, now that this is in the General Comments forum.
sorry old content is old
sorry old content is old Except when you need to unlock the first four allied races. Basically, when it suits Blizzard.
They're probably going to come back with a 'cost of maintenance' vs 'level of demand' argument. Remember that they got rid of the mobile AH for similar excuses.

I can still use the Legion app to do my Legion missions.
If they would put the paragon mounts on the curious coin vendor this whole conversation would be moot!
So, so frustrated at the damn randomness of the paragon mounts. Farmed for months and months and am still missing some while having a zillion curious coins. The Legion app didn't do WoD garrisons. There was no app for WoD missions. So it's apples to oranges. They never took away the ability to do WoD missions in an app. They just never had it in the first place. They have taken away our ability to do Legion missions in the app, while still requiring us to grind Legion reps for the allied races. Can you see why this might be annoying?
I agree, I was still using the companion app to get some rep tokens for high mountain. Also, I canât believe they discontinued the mobile auction house. I did all of my buying and selling on that thing.

True, but irrelevant. Blizzard's reasoning, which is the only reasoning that matters, is 'the app only does current content.' Subtle things like completely renaming the app hint at that.

This is where they really messed up requiring the rep grind for the original four Allied races post BfA launch. Either they are 'current content' or they aren't. With all the hype for BfA and Allied Races being a main feature of the expansion and the fact you need to purchase BfA to have access to them, you could argue that they they are 'current content'. But in order to get them, you need to do Legion rep grinds, so they are 'old content'. That rep grind was made even harder by the removal of Legion missions from the app.

..well if you are a new player its all new content to you feel blessed hey its not my fault you were not playing during legion do you also complain about having to run old raids for mounts??? if you want old stuff you do old content
Yeah, I was bummed to see it taken away. I get that itâs now old content, but it was so useful for farming reputation, particularly for levelling alts. I was hoping theyâd include the functionality in the new app (and holding out hope for a new mobile AH ;_;), but I guess itâs out with the old, in with the new!

I don't have BfA yet I can't just roll one of the four allied races released EARLY. If I could then you'd have a point, otherwise you're just being obtuse to be the backside of a northbound mule.

Blizzard has announced and detailed the companion app for World of Warcraft: Legion. The app is due out tomorrow on Android and iOS.
As you can see in the video above, the app allows you to do a number of things while youâre away from the game. For starters, you can manage a few taks in your Order Hall, such as upgrading or changing previously selected upgrades.

The Followers section allows you to recruit new followers, send them on missions, or manage their equipment. The Missions tab lists all missions your character can do, and itâs from there you can see rewards for each one, or assign champions to the task.
You can also start missions from the same tab, as well as complete them when theyâre done. Finally, once you reach level 110, youâll be able to see all active World Quests right from the app.
Blizzard has launched a second companion app for World of Warcraft to help players make the most of their time in-game. The World of Warcraft: Legion Companion gives players on-the-go access to several useful actions related to the gameâs latest expansion.
Basically, the purpose of the app is to allow players to take care of menial tasks from their smartphones, so that they can focus on the more interesting aspects of questing once theyâre seated at their computer playing the full game.
The app can be used to interact with several elements of the Order Hall, a base of operations with links to the plot of the Legion expansion. Players can make upgrades to their Order Hall, tweak previously selected upgrades, and even take on new recruits.
Youâre also given some control over the followers that youâve already amassed. The app allows you to change the gear assigned to each of your followers, assign champions and troops to particular missions, and complete those missions directly from the app â youâll receive the rewards you earn next time you log in from your computer.
Players can also use the app to explore World Quests, a new form of endgame content for high level characters that was introduced via the Legion expansion.
The Legion Companion is not the first World of Warcraft app that Blizzard has released. The Mobile Armory lets players track characters, stats, and auctions, and was recently updated to version 7.0, according to a report from Engadget.
The World of Warcraft: Legion Companion is available now for both iOS and Android devices. An active World of Warcraft subscription, access to the Legion expansion, and a sufficiently high level character are all required to utilize all the functionality on offer.

If youâve been playing World of Warcraft: Legion, youâll find this to be very useful. Blizzard has released a companion app for the Android Store (at time of writing, the app isnât on iTunes). This video goes into what to expect from the app.
With the app, youâll be able to keep up with your characterâs order haul and quest. Through it, you can switch out upgrades and manage the equipment of Champions that youâve recruited. The appâs Recruit section lets you train new troops.
The mission icon shows all the quests youâve got available, and you can assign troops to take care of them. Right from the app, you can complete them and gain a reward, which will be placed in your inventory the next time you hop on your computer and boot up World of Warcraft: Legion. The companion app also allows you to filter World Quests in the Broken Isles, but youâll need be logged into World of Warcraft proper to go on them, assuming youâve reached level 110.
I don't really like all those backups. How to open revit mep. What's going to happen is Revit is going to save it as a.RVT file, so that means when you go to open a project, you'll see the backups, and sometimes you'll inadvertently open a backup.
Have fun using this in Legion!
